margin-bottom: 1rem;\">\u6211\u4f86\u5206\u6790\u4e00\u4e0b\uff1a\u5f9e2025\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u95dc\u7a05\u5c31\u50cf\u904a\u6232\u4e2d\u7684\u7121\u6575\u5f37\u5316\u9053\u5177\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u5168\u7403\u8cbf\u6613\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u91cd\u65b0\u8abf\u6574\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u666e\u904d\u9069\u7528\u7684\u57fa\u6e96 10% \u95dc\u7a05<\/strong><br \/>\n\u81ea4\u67085\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u7e73\u7d0d10%\u95dc\u7a05\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4e0d\u662f\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u300c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u8fa3\u6912\u300d\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u300a\u570b\u969b\u7dca\u6025\u7d93\u6fdf\u6b0a\u529b\u6cd5\u300b\uff08IEEPA\uff09\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u90e8\u7f72\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6c92\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u7e73\u7a05\uff0c\u4e0b\u6b21\u5831\u95dc\u6642\u53ef\u5c0f\u5fc3\u4e86\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7279\u5b9a\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u95dc\u7a05\u5347\u7d1a<\/strong><br \/>\n\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u770b\u770b\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u6578\u5b57\uff1a<br \/>\n*\u4e2d\u570b\uff1a\u6700\u9ad8\u95dc\u7a05\u905434%<br \/>\n*\u6b50\u76df\uff1a\u7d0420%<br \/>\n*\u97d3\u570b\uff1a\u7d0425%<br \/>\n*\u65e5\u672c\uff1a24%\u95dc\u7a05<br \/>\n*\u53f0\u7063\uff1a4\u6708\u4efd\u7d0432%\uff0c7\u6708\u964d\u81f3\u7d0420%<br \/>\n*\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\uff1a\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408USMCA\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u5206\u5225\u9762\u81e8\u9ad8\u905435%\u548c25%\u7684\u95dc\u7a05\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6578\u5b57\u2014\u2014\u4f60\u78ba\u5b9a\u4f60\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76HS\u7de8\u78bc\u55ce\uff1f<strong>\u5c0f\u5305\u88f9\u514d\u7a05\u653f\u7b56\u7d42\u6b62<\/strong><br \/>\n\u5f9e8\u670829\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8de8\u5883\u96fb\u5546\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u8acb\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u5c0f\u5305\u88f9\u5c07\u4e0d\u518d\u514d\u7a05\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u96fb\u5546\u5546\u54c1\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u7533\u5831\u4e26\u7e73\u7a05\u3002\u4f46\u5225\u7070\u5fc3\u2014\u2014\u9019\u6703\u70ba\u4f60\u7684\u96fb\u5546\u77e5\u8b58\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 1.5rem; color: #444; font-size: 1.05rem;\">\n<li><strong>\u4e2d\u570b\u6d77\u95dc\u65b0\u52d5\u5411<\/strong><br \/>\n\u9664\u4e86\u52a0\u5f37\u6d77\u95dc\u7533\u5831\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6bcf\u7576\u4e2d\u570b\u5c0d\u7f8e\u570b\u5546\u54c1\u5fb5\u6536\u5831\u5fa9\u6027\u95dc\u7a05\u6642\uff0c\u539f\u7522\u5730\u8b49\u66f8\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u5c31\u6703\u98c6\u5347\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u539f\u7522\u5730\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u901a\u95dc\u5c31\u7121\u5f9e\u8ac7\u8d77\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6b50\u76df\u7da0\u8272\u6d6a\u6f6e\u7684\u5f71\u97ff<\/strong><br \/>\n\u9664\u4e86\u8abf\u6574\u95dc\u7a05\u7a05\u7387\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u4e5f\u5f37\u8abf\u74b0\u5883\u7a05\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u5927\u5bb6\uff1a\u74b0\u4fdd\u8a2d\u5099\u548c\u7bc0\u80fd\u6750\u6599\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u4eab\u6709\u7a05\u6536\u512a\u60e0\u7684\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: italic;
